How Jackpoty Got Started

A New Chapter in Bangladesh's Gaming Industry

Jackpoty was born from a simple realization — demand for online gaming in Bangladesh was growing fast, yet there was no platform that operated in Bangla, supported local payment methods, and genuinely understood the local culture. jackpoty was built to fill exactly that gap.

Since day one, every decision at Jackpoty has been made with Bangladeshi players in mind. We built an easy payment system around bKash, Nagad, and Rocket so that even those outside the digital banking ecosystem can use it without hassle. Our customer service team speaks entirely in Bangla — because we know how comforting it is to get help in your mother tongue.

Jackpoty works in official partnership with the world's leading game providers. Titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and more than 62 other studios are all available in one place. New games are added every week — so there's always something fresh before the old ones get stale.

Our goal was never just business. We wanted people in Bangladesh to enjoy entertainment safely and with confidence — and for Jackpoty to be that place.

Today, Jackpoty is the favourite gaming platform for millions of members across Bangladesh. From the office districts of Dhaka to the port areas of Chattogram, the tea gardens of Sylhet to the borderlands of Rajshahi — Jackpoty is a name the whole country knows. But that recognition didn't come overnight. It was built gradually, by earning the trust of every single member.

More About Jackpoty

Jackpoty is more than just a place to play games — it's a community. Millions of Bangladeshis come here every day to play, win, and yes, sometimes lose. But what matters most is that they trust Jackpoty to be honest.

We take responsible gaming seriously — not just in words, but in practice. Jackpoty offers self-exclusion and daily deposit limit settings. Members can temporarily suspend their own accounts at any time. Our goal is simple: gaming should stay fun, not become a burden.

Every game uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), meaning results are completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone. The system is regularly verified by independent third-party auditors. Playing on Jackpoty means playing in a fair environment.

During Bangladesh's festivals and historic occasions, Jackpoty rolls out special themed games and promotions. Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day — on these days, Jackpoty wants to be part of the celebration. Because we believe entertainment is most meaningful when it connects with culture and values.

Jackpoty has big plans ahead. New payment methods, more Bangla-language content, and virtual reality gaming experiences are all on the horizon. But no matter how much we grow, Jackpoty's core identity will never change: built for the people of Bangladesh, with the people of Bangladesh in mind.

"Before Jackpoty, I tried a lot of other platforms. Most of them offered no support in Bangla. From day one, Jackpoty felt different — everything was in my language, the way I understand it."

Frequently Asked Questions About Jackpoty

Every piece of personal and financial information you share with Jackpoty is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by the world's leading banks and financial institutions. Your name, NID number, mobile number, and payment details are all stored in encrypted form on our servers and are never shared with any third party. Jackpoty's security team monitors our servers around the clock to prevent any unauthorized access. Every login is verified by IP, and if any unusual activity is detected, your account is automatically secured. OTP verification is mandatory for withdrawals, so no one else can transfer funds from your account. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

There are several reasons why you might be unable to log in to your account. First, double-check that your password is correct — if your Bangla keyboard is active, your English password may be entered incorrectly. After multiple failed login attempts, your account will be automatically locked for a short period as a security measure. In that case, simply wait 30 minutes and the lock will lift. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and set a new password using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. If you no longer have access to that mobile number or your account appears fully locked, please email support@jackpoty.asia. By verifying your identity with your registered name and the last 4 digits of your NID, your account can typically be recovered within 2–4 hours.
